focused on Trust, Low Ropes, and High Ropes
Learn and practice the facilitator skills needed to lead effective trust building and problem-solving activities on the "Low and High Ropes Course". Equip yourself with tools and techniques to make a difference in the lives of participants and manage the risks of the more technical experiential activities.
These activities and facilitation skills led by Sam Sikes will give you the resources to make passive and abstract content come alive through an active, objective-specific process.
This 3-day program will include substantial practice leading trust building and problem-solving activities. You will also learn to tie proper knots, belay, set-up safety systems, perform rescues, and debrief the participant's experiences on a Challenge Course. You will receive a manual including a directory of the activities with instructions and materials needed.
